360 VR October 2023 Update: Meta Quest Pro & 3 support, including hand tracking

360 VR on ArcGIS Online, October 2023 has just been released.
New features include:
- Support for Meta Quest Pro and Meta Quest 3
- Hand tracking support for Meta headsets (i.e., you can use 360 VR without controller)
- Update 360 VR Experience creation UI which gives more detailed feedback on 3vr creation progress
