Shared Infographic Template shows no data ("N/A").

I created an infographic report template and I'm able to preview it with the data for my geography just fine. Then I shared the template with my team, and after a colleague made changes, the report shows "N/A" for all variables. In the report builder the variables are not showing any errors But when I preview it or when my colleague previews it, there is no data.

Has anyone experienced this?
