Hello everyone.
I am just curiosos about getting to know the power behind spatial analys. I am currently working on a real estate development firm in Mexico and I am getting to now the GIS. I use it for evaluating land and pricing (Mostly Google Earth, Civil 3d, AutoCAD Map and QGIS). I am civil Engineer by training and have special interest on applying technologies into buisness. I recently graduated from collage and I am looking for degrees on this field.
Does any one of you know any Master degree that combines somehow Real Estate, Business Analytics and GIS? (I am also looking forward for a MSc, MBa, MSBusiness analytics in a near futre)
I am interested if there is any developer with ideas to implement in the construction/real estate industy. I know Zillow in US has become a big company in the last decade. However what else would you say else is there room for improvement?
