BA - 2015 vs 2016 Executive Summary - 11 minute drive time. Same location just a year a part. Demos are comp different. Anyone else run into this?

Last year i ran a Executive Summary for a location with an 11 minute drive time. I updated my BA with 2016 data and when i run the same report for the same location its HH's/pop are way off. Anyone run any reports last year and rerun the same reports with the same address? Do you get completely household and population counts?
As you can see the 2015 counts are completely different than the 2016 counts. Anyone running into this?
