Is anyone familiar to an open source method for performing network analysis functions (OD-Cost Matrix, for example)? I have been using ArcMap to perform this work, but would like to use something open-source/free for reproducibility purposes (I usually work with the SF package in R). Is anyone aware of any such package/program?
An option that comes to mind is GRASS GIS, which is an open-source GIS software that includes a set of network analysis tools, such as network tracing and shortest path calculations.
