Adjusting order of layers

I'm trying to figure out a way to adjust a point location with drive time rings so that it it on top of a heat map distribution I created so it isn't hidden behind it. I tried opening in the map viewer, but it erases the formatting I had applied(making the border of each radius thicker and removing the fill.

Please try preconfiguring your drive time styles under preferences here first before sharing it as a web map.
