Create a "HH That Owns a Pet" data point

There used to be a 'number of households that own a pet' data point, but now there is just owns 1 dog, owns 1 cat etc. Can you please make this available again? It looks there are several other data points that use this, but it is not available on its own.

Regular walks are crucial for a dog’s health, and ensuring you meet their exercise needs is key. Hopefully, this data point gets included again soon!
