The next update of ArcGIS Business Analyst Pro is planned for November 7, 2024. Below are the planned updates. Please note that all planned updates are subject to change; please check back to stay apprised of the latest news.

Updates to color-coded layers
- This workflow will now connect to all countries that are supported through ArcGIS GeoEnrichment via online data and local datasets.
- Hexagons mapping is now available for local datasets and select online datasets.
- A new interactive Results pane with a summary, histogram, and table.
Updated suitability analysis workflow
- New Set Target Site tool allows users to identify one of the analysis features as the optimal site.
- New Settings tab provides users more control in customizing the scoring methods, filtering features on the map, and adjusting criteria weighting.
New benchmark comparisons workflow
- The new Benchmark Comparisons workflow allows users to compare features by using variables and site attributes. Users can create a benchmark, add nearby geographies to the comparison, and export the results to Excel.
- An interactive table on the Results pane allows users to compare sites to the benchmark and view the differences between the location and the benchmark value.
Updates to territory design
- Improvements to the manual territory editing process and drag-and-drop territory reassignment, along with additional charts and statistics.
- The Modify Territories pane now contains a warning icon and pop-up when constraints are broken, as well as if the territory is breaking or in danger of breaking an attribute constraint.
Access to new European Cross-border data (Beta – available Nov 12)
- The new Europe (Beta) data source is available for cross-border analysis.
- Note: This is only available for online data in Business Analyst Pro.
Updates to the data browser
- A new overall look that improves user experience and interface.
