Update OIS Contours tool to generate 3D contours

Hi,

The tool that is supplied in the ArcGIS Aviation Product Data generates 3D Contour extents, but 2D Contours.  Can you please enhance it to generate 3D Contours by adding "Feature to 3D by Attribute" and converting the 2D contours to 3D polylines?

Thanks for this suggestion.  I've added this feature to our road map for consideration.

@Marc_Graham - can you share an example of how you might use these 3D contours?  Is it mainly for 3D visualization in a scene or web scene?

Hi @KiyoshiYamashita 

Yes primarily for visualization in web scenes, but also as an output for clients to supplement the 3d surface deliverables.  They like it as it provides an easier to interpret view of the heights of the surfaces.
