Windows Android Local Build

I could really use some help on the local build requirements for Android build.  I cant seem to get the Android Studio SDK manager to work with the proper configuration?  I have tried multiple versions of Android/NDK/Tools.  Then in qt creator (options-->devices) the Android settings are all wrong.  The build never seems to work as only an .so file is created.  Please let me know the settings to build this in Android Studio.  I don't think the "Install development tools for local Make" help page is up to date or makes much sense.

What Exact tools to download from Android studio to do a local build. What to select on each of the tabs.
