Why the legend for operational layers did not show up when using a web map containing a feature service in the MapViewer template?

Hi Everyone,

I just started using AppStudio a few weeks ago. I am using a web map containing a feature service (the operational data) in the MapViewer template. But the legend did not show up. Does it have to be a map service in order to show the legend?

Yes it does need to be a map service to appear in the legend.

Ideally we'd like to show feature services too but discovered many discrepancies between services. Instead we have stuck to map services only until the new and improved runtime webmap functionality is ready for us to use.

We must use only Map Services to all templates but the Quick report?

I am experiencing many bugs (app crashes) using map services and feature services.

I am supposing there is any problem with Brazilian characters and date format.

The Quick Report template looks to be more stable and the viewer the worst.

PS: I just got some success when I upload a shapefile on ArcGIS Online (when using ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro the problems remains).

- map services only in map viewer

- map services or feature services in map tour - but map services have less issues

- feature service for quick report

Sorry but only the quick report is ok for me even using this aproach.
