With a feature service having attachments enabled, I have tried to send a report and upload a photo I took. However, it seems never to finish. It keeps uploading and nothing happens even after many minutes.
While submitting an added feature works fine, the upload photo thingy is not working. The image size is 3mb - but even a 260 kb image does not work.
I even created a new feature service having attachments enabled before I put it to the Portal - but nothing happens.
What could be the reason for that?
