I get the following error "jarsigner: key associated not a private key" when I try to build a maptour app on appstudio using cloud make.

I have been using this keystore in the past and always worked until now.

Any ideas about this issue?

Thanks

Hi @CarlosCarvalho,

First, can you please confirm the password supplied for the key and keystore are correct? If they are indeed correct, are there any special characters being used in the alias name in the keystore?

Best,

Trevor

Hi @TrevorFrame,

Thanks for your reply. Both passwords are correct. My keystore is "walkinporto.keystore" and alias is "walkinportoapp". In the very first time I created this app using portuguese language and everything worked fine and the app is running. And now, I would like to create the same app but on an english language version, but i'm always getting this error.

Any ideas?

Thanks very much.

Hi @CarlosCarvalho,

I was able to reproduce this by inputing an incorrect Android Key Password and correct Android Keystore Password. I would recommend maybe trying to create a new keystore to see if this resolves it for you.
