I've been trying to reach our contact as our brick locator app - https://d2w57y8pj5qw5b.cloudfront.net/ is currently resolving as an IP address that can not be found.
From a customer service standpoint I'm extremely dismayed and hope that posting in mulitple communities may be helpful in troubleshooting this situation.

I think we need some more information / context to help with this.
Hmm, looks like the app's having some trouble connecting—maybe the server's down or the IP was changed. You could try checking your internet or using a VPN all-in-one marketing service. Hopefully ESRI or the museum team gets it sorted soon!
