Zoom and overviewmap

Is it possible to zoom in and out the actual map by re-sizing the red rectangle in overview map? I am looking for some directions to achieve this.

The purpose of OverviewMap is to view map at current scale. It can only adjust the view but zooming to a location would have to be done on the actual map: http://help.arcgis.com/en/webapi/silverlight/samples/start.htm#OverviewMap. If you want to change its behavior so that it may also perform zoom by adjusting the rectangle, you can download code here: http://esrisilverlight.codeplex.com/
