Silverlight ESRI - Show legend in Arabic in Legend control

Hi All,
I am working on silverlight applicaiton and not able to show legend in Arabic can anybody help out me to show legend name in Arabic.

Technology using silverlight and C#.
Below is the legend in English want to show in Arabic instead of English.

You should name the layers in Arabic in arcmap before you publish your mxd, then it will be appear in arabic in your legend.

If you can't change your layers name or you are using external map services you can make a value converter to replace Layer Label with configured names.
