Set the label displayed in legend control for default in ClassBreaksRenderer?

Is it possible to set the text that is displayed next to the swatch for the default symbol of a ClassBreaksRenderer in the legend control?  It is currently not showing anything.  I would like it to say something like "No data collected".

You can hook up an handler to the event Legend.refreshed and, in this handler, change the label of any legend item.
