Can't Add "My Content" to Silverlight API

I've tried to add layers (which are public) to my Esri's Silverlight API.  My data is stored on my organization's ArcOnline account.  However, its not being pulled up via the Search option under "Add Content."  Also, I don't get the "Browse" function of the API.

Any thoughts/tips?

Did you look at the PortalSearch sample which seems clos of what you are looking for?

I don't see how or where that would help.  Is there specific coding that is needed?
