Add legend, tied to Table of Contents

I can't see any samples at http://resources.esri.com/help/9.3/arcgisserver/apis/silverlight/samples/start.htm showing how to add a Legend to ArcGIS Server with Silverlight.

Is it possible to have a legend which is automatically updated from the Table of Contents? That is, the symbology matches that of the layers and the visibility is tied to the layer's visibility.

If yes, is there any sample code available?
