Add a WMS layer

Hello,
I am having trouble to add a WMS layer to my silverlight application. Do you have any suggestions on how to add one of the layers from this server, e.g. the "wind" layer:

OpenMETOC WMS request URL: http://openmetoc.met.no/metoc/metocwms

OpenMETOC server capabilities: http://openmetoc.met.no/metoc/metocwms?request=GetCapabilities&WMTVER=1.1.1

Does anyone has the appropriate code for such WMS layers?

Have you tried replacing URL in this sample? http://help.arcgis.com/en/webapi/silverlight/samples/start.htm#WmsLayerSimple. You might need to provide a different Map.Extent. Also, check to see if you would need to go to a Proxy.
