Python code to set symbology based on CMYK colors defined from 4 attribute fields in a shapefile

I have spatial data with 4 attributes whole total sum = 100%. I want to symbolize each feature in my shapefile with the exact CMYK values corresponding to each proportion (eg. 30, 40, 20, 10).   I want to automate the symbol rendering using python if possible.
