Automatic import 1000+ DWG-files with geopoint references to ArcGIS Online without ArcGIS Pro

I hope this is the right forum.

Lets say you have 1000+ DWG-files (buildings) you want to import to ArcGIS online into a SceneView.
You have also a separete Excel-file with geopoint references for each DWG's.
Is it possible to automatic import it to ArcGIS online with a script (Python or something else), instead of the hard timeconsuming manual work through ArcGIS Pro?
