Attempting to write script to Geocode addresses

Hi all,

I am trying to create a script to Geocode a list of addresses from a .CSV file, but keep getting an Execute Error. I am using the ArcGIS World Geocoding Service as my locator. I am attempting to run this through jupyter Note books.

The first set of parameters seem to take no problem:

When I add in the last parameter I get an error:

Anyone have any idea what I am doing wrong?

I also want to add Global IDs, and finally Append this layer to an existing one.
