I believe the update to 4.11 has cause a weird bug in the FeatureForm, and it's reproducible in this example: https://developers.arcgis.com/javascript/latest/sample-code/editing-groupedfeatureform/index.html
If you enter/change text in the Name box under Inspector Information and then try to click on Email Address, or any other input, it'll force you to the Insurance type information field group. The same thing happens any time you enter text and then try to select a different input under Contact information. I've had this same issue with FeatureForm in an application I'm working on since the upgrade to 4.11. If I enter text and then attempt to select a different input it forces me to the bottom field group of the form.
Hopefully this is the right place to mention this for the developers to see.
