Does JS 4.12 have a layout framework like the dijit.layout shown in this JS 3.29 example?

Gregory,

  Here is the 4.x version of that sample.

<html>

  <meta name="viewport" content="initial-scale=1, maximum-scale=1,user-scalable=no" />

  <link rel="stylesheet" href="https://js.arcgis.com/4.12/esri/themes/light/main.css" />

  <style>
    html,
    body {
      height: 100%;
      width: 100%;
      margin: 0;
      padding: 0;
    }

    body {
      background-color: #feffff;
      overflow: hidden;
      font-family: "Trebuchet MS";
      margin: 2%;
    }

    #viewDiv {
      -moz-border-radius: 4px;
      overflow: hidden;
      border: solid 4px #799d15;
    }

  </style>

  <script>
    var dojoConfig = {
      parseOnLoad: true
    };

  </script>
  <script src="https://js.arcgis.com/4.12/"></script>
  <script>
    require([
        "esri/Map",
        "esri/views/MapView",
        "dijit/layout/BorderContainer",
        "dijit/layout/ContentPane"
      ], function(Map, MapView) {

      var map = new Map({
        basemap: "streets"
      });

      var view = new MapView({
        container: "viewDiv",
        map: map,
        zoom: 4,
        center: [-102.524, 46.937] // longitude, latitude
      });
    });

  </script>
</head>

<body class="claro">
  <div data-dojo-type="dijit/layout/BorderContainer" data-dojo-props="design:'headline', gutters:false" style="width: 96%; height: 94%;">
    <div id="viewDiv" data-dojo-type="dijit/layout/ContentPane" data-dojo-props="region:'center'">
    </div>
  </div>
</body>
