Dear fellow Geeks in Sneakers (GIS) users,
I am writing a paper over the summer for my last graduate school class. The basis of the paper is Web 2.0 technologies and how they influence public participation in the planning process. I am seeking an API that was designed to be used for public participation. Can someone direct to me to where I can find something like this? I am sure they exist. Any thoughts, directions, ideas are always welcome.
