Display data on feature layer

Hi everyone,

This example show on how to open info window on mouse over on a feature layer. https://developers.arcgis.com/flex/sample-code/infowindow-on-mouseover.htm

What i want is to display some thing written on feature layer (for example name of city/state of south carolina on feature layer without hovering/clicking over it) in the same example in my flex application.

Is it possible to do so?
