Customizing Logos on FLEX

I would like to customize the logo at the top of the page by the title and also change the "Powered by ESRI" at the bottom of the page. I added a png file with my image in the assets\images folder in my project as "i_bartow.png" and placed that in the text for "<logo>assets/images/i_bartow.png</logo>". When I save and run it keeps displaying the previous logo I originally had. What am I doing wrong? And also, what are the steps I need to take in order to change the logo and web address at the bottom from "powered by ESRI" to "Bartow County" to direct users to our county web page?! Thanks for any help you can offer.

Josh,

The line you inserted in the Config.xml replaces the logo in the header bar (upper left corner) and not the ESRI logo in the lower right corner.

There has been a lot of discussion under "Replace powered by ESRI" and "Removing Items From Sample Flex Viewer" headings on the Forum without much success. Hopefully, someone who suucessfully replaced it may respond soon.
