Asking for Login widget source code

Hi
i've been trying to add a login widget http://www.arcgis.com/rc/item.html?id=5c6e065e885948fd8ab0e570073c8224 in the flex viewer 2.5
But it didn't work at all & also seen http://forums.arcgis.com/threads/25899-Login-Screen-for-the-Flexviewer but i couldn't get the source code from the fisrt post.

so i'm asking if someone did or made a login widget it before .. need some help /
