What is the easiest way to make plots/polygons from NW-NO-SO-SW xy coordinates?

Dear everyone, can anybody have any simple and perfect solutions to make plots of those points (following image):

I have 8 x y values for each plot/polygon. 4 years back I have made it but now I cannot recall it anymore!
