Hi guys,

I have a feature class with polylines from all coasts of the world. That means for example an island is one polyline or each continent is one. So I just realized that in these polylines have gaps, just a few, but they are there. So no comes my question to you guys: How can I find out where the gaps are located? Otherwise I have to check the whole world...

Thanks a lot in advance.

Greets,

Fabian

I'm using ArcGIS 10.5.1

Hi Fabian,

You can create a geodatabase topology to check for these gaps:

The rule you could use is Must Not Have Dangles:
