Using the ArcGIS Online Assistant for Portal

Hello,

We are trying to use the ArcGIS Online Assistant (https://ago-assistant.esri.com/) with our Portal. We are using Enterprise logins via SAML. In IE it will accept my Portal URL, but when I enter my username and password I get the error: "Whoops! Double check your username and password."

In Google Chrome it won't accept my portal URL as being valid.

Any ideas for how I can make this work, or if it is in the plans?

I have this question too.   I'd like to export a list of users, groups, and user-group associations from our on-premise ArcGIS Server.

We ran into this as well when trying to login. I clicked the "More Info" under OAuth Login and found some helpful directions there via the link they provide.

Hello

I can't get ArcGIS Online Assistant to recognize my Portal URL.... always refer back to www.arcgis.com.

it used to work for us before we update to 10.6.1.... Any help would be much appreciated

Was there ever a posted resolution to this problem? Currently on 11.1 and seeing the same error here in 2025.
