Here is the information on accessing 'ArcGIS Pro for Learn ArcGIS members'.
If you (or your organization) have purchased licensing for ArcGIS Pro you can find the installation files in MyEsri for download, here are instructions to 'Download, install, and authorize'.
If you have licensing as part of a MOOC, the instructions are included in the first section of the course. You will not be able to download or install ArcGIS Pro until the course opens. FAQ for the MOOCs can be found here.
If that doesn't answer your question I would recommend posting you question to the Learn ArcGIS community to get more eyes on your question. This group is for the product Admin Tools by GEO Jobe.
