I mis-click the authorize ArcGIS pro to work offline, and now I'd like to login my account on another PC, which is refused as I authorized the offline mode. Is there any solution?

You need to undo the changes on the original machine... or get someone to do it for you.
If that is not possible, you will have to contact Tech Support
