Issues Exporting ArcGIS map into PDF and other formats

Hi Everyone,

I have been having some issues exporting a ArcGIS map into pdf and other formats.

I am trying to get this:

and instead I am getting this:

I would appreciate some ideas that might help me to solve this problem?

Tiffany, I hope you can see the image now

I can now see the image. Have you tried changing the print quality for the pdf printer in the Advanced options under Graphic? It seems like an adobe issue.
