To show a geological cross section with satellite image in ARCSCENE

Dear friends

i am using Arcgis 9.2 version. i want to show a geological cross section in ARCSCENE 3D mode. i have georeferenced satellite image with me. i want to show a subsurface section  in such a way that the geological cross section hang out from the georeferenced surface satellite image. Can anybody help me in this regard

You will probably need surface data to drape the image on to show the surface terrain characterics as well as the image.  What do your subsurface data look like? You might need clip each subsurface geological layer (multipatch) with the shape that outlines where you want to show your section. This can probably be done with the input TIN's prior to creating the multipatch layers.
