I am trying to draw lines (pipes) in ArcScene using a diameter field to get their size and Proportional Symbols to draw them at their correct size. ArcScene, however appears to be ignoring the field units (Millimeters) and using the map units (Meters) to draw the symbols, so they're drawing as 500 Meters in diameter instead of 0.5 Meters (500 Millimeters).
Am I using this option incorrectly? It appears to work how I expect it when in ArcMap, however it's not working in ArcScene. Same with point features.
