I've developed a methdology based on know my upstream slope of the dam as well as knowing the down stream slope of the dam and the height of the dam wall. I'm able to produce a tin that will represent the dam wall which I then  convert into a raster and substract it from my surface raster to determine the fill volume of the dam wall. I'm looking to improve my methodology.

I want to find out if there's a way of automating the generation of parallal lines using my polyline that represent the top of the dam wall for each side. I'm currently doing this mannually at this stage.
The polylines are being used to asign the slope for each side of the dam wall, which are then used to generate the tin. Thanks, any advice to achieve this will be appreciated.

I've attached a jpeg of the dam wall in 3D to further understand what I'm trying to achieve...

Regards
