Hello All
I have a question about bringing 3d features into Google earth. My process currently involves bringing building footprints into arc scene extruding them and then using the layer 3d to feature class tool to obtain a multipatch shapefile of 3d buildings. Next I use the layer to KML tool in arc map to obtain a 3d layer in KML the problem is when I open this in Google earth all the faces of my buildings are divided in half between two triangles. One triangle is the feature color the other is just black. Any Ideas how to change the black triangle in Google earth or ArcMap?
