Mulipatch as LYR for pre define template

Hi All
I'm trying to create a pre defined template from my exsisting multipatch models.
This  option is shown here in this ESRI Video "3D Security Camera Analysis":

And mark in yellow here:
[ATTACH=CONFIG]26668[/ATTACH]

Please assist with any guidlines.
