Is it feasible to bring in a stream layer in a scene viewer ? using javascript or any other option?

I have a stream layer from a Geoevent server showing flight locations. How do I show it in my scene viewer which has 3d buildings. Is it feasible to do it at all? I think I have seen esri presentations showing 3d building and flights with altitude applied on it. Don't see any documentation on it thought. Any thoughts?

Currently we do not support adding stream layers into Scene Viewer but out 4.x JS API does support this. Check out this sample showing LA buildings and bus stream layer
