How to create 3D model from DEM and orthophoto with SceneBean(ArcObjects in Java)

Hi, I am new to ESRI development and I need to create 3D surface and show it in SceneBean.
I have DEM file and orthophoto.
Where can I read about relevant API?
Example would be much appreciated.
