Calculation of builidings (LOD 2) from LIDAR Data

Exist the possibility in ArcGIS 10.0 to calculate buildings from LIDAR Data in the Level of Detail 2?
I have this Data

and I should like have the buildings in a design how

For that type of creation of a multipatch, you will have to create a Terrain or TIN, have building footprints and the generate another surface at the base (bare earth) level.  Then you can use the Extrude Between tool to create the multipatch.

I have used the tool Extrude between and I habe following result:

The surface of the buildings is not fine. What can I do to get a surface as the next picture?

The workflow that I described will only be as good as your input data.  From what you have there, you should probably create a model in City Engine or other modeling tool if you need that type of precision.  From there you can then convert the building footprint polygons to points and then use your model to replace the point.
