Anywhere to download TIN files?

Has any government service created TINs based on topography and have the files available for download or purchase anywhere?

Hi,
I don´t know if ists still actual but you can get nearly worldwide elevation Rasterdata of the SRTM

From this raster files you can create your TIN

you can get from GLCF website.. you just register and get it as SRTM, raster file format.. then u derive as u require , TIN, or DEM, CONTOUR etc
