Hello,
I am trying to add the average height (add surface information) for a layer of building polygons with a raster of the unfiltered height measurements. Unfortunately this tool fails every time and generates an empty output. This appeared to be an error with version 10.1 and was listed by ESRI as an error that was addressed along with several other problems I was having. So, I upgraded to version 10.2 and all of the other issues were indeed addressed and the tools worked fine except for this one.
So, my question is, can you think of an alternative way to calculate the average height per polygon with my raster without using the tool 'add surface information'?
