Problems with viewing my dataframe or base map

Hi!, I am currently working on a Layout with several Data frames, but at some point one of them became a 3D or panoramic view without any reason, does anyone know how I can return to the 2D view of ArcGIS desktop in this particular data frame? Attached picture guide, thank you very much !!!
