How do I add features to TIN (soft clip) in 10.3

Hey gang, I have a question.  How do I clip out the outer nonsense of a TIN.  Basically I want to keep just my area and clip out everything outside of the area.  In the past I could turn on 3D Analyst and go to Create/Modify TIN -> Add Features to TIN but now it's not an option.  We have upgraded to 10.3 recently so this option could be located somewhere else.  If someone could please help me out I would be most appreciative.

Some stuff is in the data management toolbox, most is still in the 3D Analyst toolbox,  the reference links appear to have changed somewhat...give this a try as the main link within 3D
