Hi All,

I have seen examples of related tables showing building occupants via floor level and individual rooms within ArcGIS Online. I would like to replicate this, but list multiple occupants of a building within a pop-up. When I try to use the related table within a pop-up only the count of occupants lists and to see the occupants I have to use the display table options within my app.

Am I missing something, or is it possible to list the 1-M occupants within a pop-up for individual buildings?

Regards,

Craig

Hi Craig,

This is by default with a 1-M relationship:

Configure pop-ups—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS

With a one-to-many relationship, choose to display the related data within the pop-up window or in a table. When displaying attributes within the pop-up, string fields show the count. For numeric fields, you can choose to display the sum, min, max, average, or count.

You will need to view the related information within the attribute table rather than the pop-up.

Hi Jake,

This is the example I saw originally where 1-M relationship shows in the pop-up for staff locations: http://tryitlive.arcgis.com/CampusPlaceLocator/index.html

I would have liked the ability to take it one more step and list all occupants that might share a common space (whether it be a building or shared office space). Hopefully something that could be developed. In the meantime, I will concatenate all occupants to a single row to show in pop-up, hopefully, like in the example above.

Regards,

Craig
