‎Using the layers in the Feature layer (hosted, view) for the a List in ArcGIS Experience Builder

I have 2 layers in ‎Feature layer (hosted, view) from a survey 123 form, I want to use the records in the address layer as a filter to the main layer which is displayed in a list.

Is there a way to do the connection.
