Missing data on open data site

Our hosted data is missing on our open data site. The available raster downloads and story maps appear unaffected by the problem. I can query the REST services and an external website which share the same data sources is displaying the data content. Site location: http://data.burnaby.ca/

Hi, Since when the issue is faced? If you could never download the data from this open data dataset then there might be issue of large datase as this has more than 200,000 features and it is a polygon (Just a speculation). Try refreshing download cache (Manual Reset). Let me know if that works, we can take it from there. Hope that helps!

Create rasters at same row and column

I need to update ASCII files with new data for spatial distributions mapping of critters. I have created the new reclassified rasters from my poly layers but can not seem to be able to get ASCII grids to match the same column and row size although he cell size does seem to be retained. ArcGIS Open Data Free Trial fails to give a "public" choice when creating a new site. Another question appears here: What is the benefit of this option? Since when we tick the public option for the site in the content list, the items that have been shared with the site appears in public.
